Please discuss the Joy Fund opportunity here and please restrict all posts to the program concerned. |

Hello Levaz,
You were talking about a man named Paul who probably has a pool in Joyfund. How can I get in touch with him?
Kindest regards,
Joop. |
Paul is the trader and the site admin, when he first started, he was discussing about setting the min. to join the program.
Initially he set it at 1K, but then he started the pool where in you buy units worth $600+ each with a min of 4 units.
I will get in touch with him and see if the pool is still open to members.
Please give me a couple of days.
Levaz |
Thanks,
Joop. |

Arnaud will again raise that minimum in the future, to avoid administrative work overfloading. It's the reason why Arnaud gave 3rd parti the possibility to open pools for "small" members : Feefderfund and TraderAIC are the english ones (a frenc, a spanish and a danish are the other official pools) |

Just to let everyone here know, Gray Eminence is the moderator on TraderAIC that handles one of the authorized Joyfund pools. He is the mod for the English section of that forum. I believe that the original language of the forum is French.
They are cost effective as compared to FF and another well known pool for Joy Fund.
Since that is a genuine opportunity, Gray Eminence, could you please post a link for our members, if they are interested in joining a pool to access the otherwise high minimum program.
Fellow members, please do not take this as an open invite to post your links!!
This is a courtesy extended exclusively to Gray Eminence in this instance to allow our members to benefit from this great opportunity.

Hi Levaz,
Than k you very much for the autorisation, TraderAIC i indeed originally a private pool program.
Chris (TAIC owner know well Arnaud (JF owner ), have the approval to open the pool, and in addition can audit JF on a regular basis
http://www.traderaic.com/forum/index.php?c=6
I know that most people invested via FF due to their reputation, but as always, it's good to consider alternatives and diverisifcation options.
Cheers,
Gray Eminence |

Gray Eminence,
Thanks for presenting the opportunity to our members to participate in Joy Fund without having to shell out 5K+.
We will create a new folder - TraderAIC (Official Joy Fund Pool).
Since this is DD assured fund, we will be directly locating it in the THE LIST section.

From FeederFund:

Joyfund posted a disappointing loss of 7.33% in September, mainly due to significant falls in many commodities. |

This is the first loss this trader has had in the past year.
I also means it is that much cheaper to get in to the program. Since the value of each unit has dropped in value to reflect last months loss. |

The loss has been analysed by Arnaud and he put in place new process to avoid such things in the future. A really bad month for the new investors (like me), starting with a loss |

Not a member really, as always, going thru most of the forums and threads. Now did the following occur?
"Joyfund will provide you with several long term investment opportunities (based on real trading!). Each time one of its funds reaches the 1.5 - 2M$ capital (such amount is needed in order to justify the implied increased costs), several events will take place:
* It will be branched out to a new entity,
* Shares will be issued to investors proportionally to their investments,
* Costs will be rationalized toward a lower burning rate and thus a higher profit share for investors,
* An internationally recognized external audit will be hired,
* The fund will be opened to high worth investors thus increasing fund's long term reliability,
* Money Management rules will change to enhance capital preservation." |

Not yet at my knowledge, but I know that Arnoud is working on moving JF to a legal entity and I guess those comments were made on purpose.
What's for sure, we don't have to worry about the one man show, everything is covered by a lawyer in case something happen to Arnaud |

He did on his forum.
It's real business, and commodities trades are more volatile than Forex, you can never forseen a tsunali or typhoon destrying some commodities. I don't care losses, I'm pretty confident that it was worst to Arnaud than investors to suffer a loss |

Levaz, maybe you can move this message to the appropriate topic
TAIC forum is having some technical problem for the moment, you can't log in. Chris is working with the host to solve the issue.
In the meantimes, Chris is implementing a new forum with a new host, I will give you the info as soon as I will have them. Unfortunatelly you will have to register again.
Be assured that your funds and data aren't at risk, the money is in JF and the data are kept offline too. If you have any question or want to invest in JF pool, you can PM me on any forum you will find me
Cheers,

Suggestion Gray Eminence:
"After 6 months, or you let your investment (principal + 3 first months interests) in the pool earning you interests, or you can request a full withdrawal. "
If I understand correctly then you should modify it to:
"After 6 months, either you let your investment (principal + 3 first months interests) in the pool earning you interests, or you can request a full withdrawal. "
And how long they remain with the pool if I decide I want to further get interest paid to me. Monthly? Until I decide to withdrew the money?
18% is alot what TAIC cuts down. My oppionion of course, pure profit just because Joyfund is private. Taking advantage of the situation or what?
Same that happens when war fires up, shops tend to use these circumstances to increase the products price and profit due to it, and make it even harder for all others.
I dont find any justification in the 18% fee. |

Hi enobud,
the sentence was corrected by an American friend, I will submit her your comment, we will see
True TAIC charge 18%, but FeedeFund charge 25% without including withdrawal fees . No idea on what is based the 18%, i will see with Chris if he can answer your question .I'm only a "human translator", moderator fo the english section and a simple investor as everybody, I don't manage the pool |

To clarify and post an appology - as I see Joyfund is not private but rather the limit is almost $5k. Still, what is the 18% for? I mean, Joyfund admin takes 4%, Chris takes staggering 18% of the remaining 66% and one ends up with 54%. |
