Another great deal!

I gave 5 months ago $ 2,000

Capital and profits locked

I asked on 20 February to be liquidated

I am still pending

I was informed that the total amount that I will receive back is around 1,300 dollars.

Great deal!

I do not want to debate the reasons or anything. Just what a new great deal I had!

Regards

It has been said and said and said, it's a risky trading unfortunatelly, t's why the first results were so impressive, but Arnaud isn't a bad guy, he will work on his strategy to avoid such drawdawn in the future

Despite of this serious but trading loss I have decided to not withdraw my funds from JF (FF).
I hope too that Arnaud will correct his work and in long-term can restore this loss and can make some profit for investors.
If not - c'est la vie of HYIP investors Smile. I've kissed all my HY money good bye a long time ago.

Just to let people know:
I am still waiting for my money (I asked to be liquidated on 20th February)

For money I mean what is left (after the big loss) from the $ 2,000 I sent 5 and half months ago...

Maximum delay is 60 days , as stated in the rules.

Arnaud told us it was taking some times due to the strucuture conversion and new way to calculate Unit value. Don't ask me what it means, except some waiting period for the people who asked a withdrawal (me included)

Hi All,

FYI here is an update regarding my Trader AIC/JoyFund experience.

I've just sent Chris this PM

Dear Chris

//...//

I was sure that the statement "maximum 60 days" to be liquidated would never happen.

I am already very very disappointed to have back - 40% of what I gave 6 MONTHS ago (2,000 USD).

But at least, can I finally have what remains from the capital?
Less then 48 hours and it will be 60 days. I mean.. it is really time!

Thank you very much

Best regards

Fabio

Hello Fabio,

We are all in the same boat unfortunatelly, Arnaud isn't paying us either, arguing he is still re computing the share value with the new format including the current drawdown. I didn't get more info that that Sad

That is NOT right. Fabio requested his funds in Feb 2007. Arnaud has no right to negatively effect his holding as of the withdrawal request.
GE, are you managing the pool with Chris or does he handle that himself?

Levaz

I'm just a human tranlastor, managing the english part of the forum, Chris is managing the direct contact with Joyfund.

...we still try to put on different levels these guys "working" on this dirty arena...

If we have to give a definition of them looking at the results (money disappears or not) they are all brothers...

I wonder what happens to these "fantastic" traders once they get other people's money. He demonstrated double digit gains almost every month when he was playing with his own funds!!

What a shame? The funny part is people that requested their funds back in Feb 2007 were also affected by this loss in May 2007. I would love to see some justification for that.

these "fantastic" traders once they get money from investors....they achieved their mission..... there is nothing more my friend.

May....February....... as their intentions are not clean, they do not care to prove themselves or to do what is reasonable (as you said, to refund who asked for the money back MONTHS before the "loss").

I think the only solutions for US to stop being milked in such shaming embarassing way, is to be forced to give up throwing money into the garbage in this arena...

Like it is done for brain damaged people, young inexpert guys, partially impaired people, WE NEED JUST a strong hand closing all the e-currencies and neighbors .... so all this shame would disappear. That is it.

Regards

I finally got an answer from Teo, the JF admin/accountant on their forum. GHe told me that my withdrawal request (and so Fabio's one too) will not be honored at the value it was at the withdrawal time, as the drawdown was already effective and it would be unfair for the other members.
We can now withdraw again at the current NAV, or just wait to see it back to a better value. As we nearly lost everything, not sure it worth still something to withdraw now Mad

Thanks for this one more update.. unfortunately once again ugly.

Short comment... the order of words looks wrong..

Chris should before take care of refunding (whatever amount)
after this he should close... Smile isn't it?

This arena is a mess... I am sure that most of these Admins are 15 years old boys and providing fake IDs... I cannot believe these are men...

P.S. Where is Gold Claim Folder? It should be there in the SCAM as example for everybody and for info. I admit, I may be wrong, but so far I did not find it. If I am wrong, please try to help me finding it.

regards to everybody

TAIC Joyfund pool will ideeed close after the refund. TAIC in frecnh is still in activity (several pools on other programs)

Aranud is a man, met in person Chris, and gave all signs of equilibrated and reasonable trader. Chris is the first to be shocked by the results and the behaviour

An admin never shows their true face until the program they run face a bad loss. So far only one admin behaved in a decent manner when his program ran into a loss and one other admin gave everyone refunds when he retired. All the other admins lied to us and showed their true "nasty" face.
