This very successful program, paying 2% daily since late 2005
has recently opened its doors again, until end of Feb.
Has anybody got an opinion on why they would do this and
whether it might be a bad sign.
Has the horse bolted in other words ?
Are existing members concerned about this expansion ? |

2% daily is very difficult to achieve...
If they are paying 2% daily since late 2005 they MUST open their doors again IMO it is a very bad sign. |

Especially that they opened their doors for a week, but as "the members asked for", they will stay open for one month
Decription : they didn't got enough funds |

All this after many script problems and errors in payments, etc. just around Christmas time last year!!
I opened an account a long time ago, but just did not fund it!!

Oh right, it remember me they prefer you to use their own payment processor in addition, and we know what happened to the previous programs with their own payment processor |

I must agree, that does turn out to the killer for these programs. Hope they handle it better than the other examples of the past!!

CEP is open to new members again for just one week.
This program enjoys a lot of respect around the forums,
the admin posts frequently, yet some scepticism exists,
is that because of the CEP Trust relationship ? |

I am not very happy that they keep opening the doors to new members after stating that they are closed permanently (second time now!!).
On the other hand, they do seem to be chugging right along.
I did not much appreciate the e-mail ads, especially for the lighthazen program.

I decided to take a chance on this program with a few hundred. I compounded 10% the first month and I've already received more than half of my investment already. One more month at 10% and I'll be in profit. There is a wait of about 2 weeks before the money is sent to CEP Trust, which is a bit frustrating, but once there I was able to get an ACH right to my bank account in just a couple of days. The administrator seems very open and honest and they seem to have a good staff. I would be more comfortable if the interest rate was half what it is but I'll take it for as long as it lasts.

To those with interested ears: An investor posted in the CEP forum on yesterday that they received their expected $36,000 payout to their CEP Trust. |

That certainly is very good news.
I do wish all members well. This program has managed to keep on chugging for quite some time. They have, in the process, absorbed some other good programs too.
I just get weary when good things happen within months of re-opening the proverbial "closed doors"
It is just after this that things seem to fall apart.

I concur as well levaz. It's just a travesty that no program seems to be able to maintain some sort of consistency or reliability. |

I had a bad feeling about this one back in February when I first keep across CEP. The first bad sign was the required use of their own e-currency processor. The second thing, being a little comical, having colon in you name, followed by "end" parenthesis . Sounds like a colon blockage . Bad for you and me, and bad for this program.

anyway..... I have been in this CEP since january, and glad I did.
Has paid flawlessly and no signs of trouble dispite all the "warning signs" discussed here.
I think I will add a bit more after they dropped egold, and I did get paid within 3 days of request with a check!
Seems an honest admin, and one of my best programs.

Really glad to here that guys about CEP. You know I was just joking about those above comments and they weren't meant to be negative; just to let everyone here know. Something to cheer us up in the meantime. Ever since I recently joined the nobs forum, I've had nothing but poo on my mind .

Since my last post I've received another payment, again 90% of my interest earned. I am in profit after only two months. I'm compounding at 100% this time and then plan to start taking 50% every month as I don't see how they can keep it up for long. I've had no problems with them and support always has gotten back to me within 12 hours if I have a question. My skeptical son-in-law has decided to give it a go so I sure hope it lasts a few months or he'll never trust me again!

It would seem that they open for new members
1. because existing members ask to invite others
2. they need new funds
3. though many sign up as members, the majority send no funds, or very minimal. Thus they re-open again.
Actual words from Admin are not that they are closed forever; just will not re-open for some while.
Strategy: Risk only what willing to kiss goddbye. Schedule 100% withdraw for first 2 30 day periods in order to be in profit. Only then compound.
