2. Put Request Withdrawal in the Subject field.
3. Put in the Message body:
a. Your ICC account number
b. Your Username
c. Your ICC password (this is how they identify you)
d. The account number and name to which you wish the funds to be sent
e. The amount you wish to withdraw
