Many apologies for the delay in sending this update out to the membership. We know some of you are frustrated at the lack of response from our admin department and the length of time it is taking to get things "back on track".

We want to assure you that we have been working very hard to secure long-term contracts which will underpin the longevity of ITS. This has involved a great deal of travelling and meeting with bankers and lawyers.

We are now very close to completing a long-term strategy that we have been working on now for over two years. We never believed at the outset that this process would be quite so protracted.

However, there is good news on the horizon and we expect to be in a position to give you a detailed and constructive bulletin in the near future.

Some of you have requested that sales under "your pending sales orders" get cancelled and put back into stock. If you would like to do this with any of your pending sales orders, then please send an e-mail to cancel_sales@its.tc. In the Subject Line please put your account number, in the body of the message the sales order number(s) and date(s) placed. Please check this information is correct before you send.

By doing this, you will benefit from the current stock price and once payments to members get back on schedule you will be able to place a new sales order.

Your patience is appreciated.

Another slow month for ITS - the returns were well below par.

Payments have been extremely slow. Many claims that this is a dying ponzi, with no backing to the claims. Payments have been coming, it takes approx. 8 - 10 weeks as opposed to the specified week to 30 days.

I am going to let this year go as a write off, and look to a new start next year.

We know it has been over 3 months since our last update and for that we apologise.

We have been as frustrated as you at the delays, promises and more delays.

Over the last few months we have had many meetings with banks and lawyers and are very confident we are now close to a long-term solution for the business. We know we said that in the last update, but since then, more opportunities have come our way and we now have more than one offer on the table.

The project we are working on has taken nearly three years to put together, the business plan is in several languages and has involved a great deal of time, planning, funding and working with several partners on two different continents.

The contracts have now been signed and the final banking and legal issues are close to completion. Because of Non-Disclosure agreements that are in place, we are unable to go into detail regarding the project, but be assured that we are working hard for all ITS members and look forward to bringing you the news you have all been waiting for very shortly.

Again: If you would like to have your existing pending sales orders cancelled and put back into stock to benefit from the current stock price, then please send an e-mail to cancel_sales@its.tc.
