So, some are posting in the Udachu forums that they've received refunds. I dont' recognize any names as regular posters but I'm assuming that those that wanted out wouldn't post regularly anyway.

It just struck me that if you run the forum, you can post anything you want from anyone you could make up. Hmmmm. perhaps this isn't exactly as definative as I first thought. Confused

hmm I've been reading that everyone is waiting for refunds.. so my guess is they are not active anymore? or are those folks that chose to opt out of the program previously?

Those are the opt-outs. On HYIPD Baxter got refunds from UI and SGFH from what I understand and I consider him a 'solid' source. If he says he was refunded, then he was. My conclusion is that refunds ARE being done and the LDC setups WILL be completed this month.

One of my LDC cell companies has been set up and I have been updated accordingly!! I am still waiting on (2) others to be setup.

I'm only in SGFH right now and I have just the one LDC to be setup. Nothing yet but I think UF and UI investors took precedence over us on the 'fringe' with SGFH. Smile

Jude on Nobshyip has reported that he too has been refunded for SGFH (according to nobs blog).

It appears that the pecking order was UF, UI and then SGF-H, for whatever reasons, as decided by the power that are.

I've received my sgfh and uda chu refunds, but still waiting on ui. Others I know only received sgfh and are waiting on uda chu. I have no idea how they are issuing them, but at least we're getting them.

Here are the returns for December 2006

The other half will be paid out in the quarterly dividends.

Since ALL three funds are closed, this thread will be moved to the Udachu folder by this weekend. The Udachu Folder has been made private already!!
